Etsy Shop Policies

Payment
We take payment through Etsy or Paypal, check or money order. If purchase with an e-check through Paypal, the e-check must clear before we can ship. If purchasing through money order or check, payment must be received before orders are shipped.
Payment for custom orders must be complete before working on your item. All California residents pay California sales tax.

Shipping
All items are made to order. We ship using USPS First Class Mail. All items are made to order and ship out between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the item. If you need your item sooner, just send us a message before you make a purchase to see if we can work with your time frame. International shipping does not come with tracking. We are not responsible for custom duties or lost packages.

Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied we accept exchanges within 14 days of the ship date. Convo us first if you would like to process an exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer pays for return shipping. There are no returns on custom orders.

Additional Policies
If you would like something from our shop in a different size or color just send us a message, we will be happy to make it for you!
If you are looking for a custom item, just send us a message with your idea and we will let you know if we can do it :)
